This week, the jokes and intellect are on 10! We've outdone ourselves! Dr. Marc Lamont Hill (pictured left) and journalist Jozen Cummings loosen their ties to discuss Anita Hill's voice mail, Kanye West's controversial album cover, police attempting to stop civilians from videotaping them and more!
Also, the ever-hilarious Topra Shanks sits down with R&B fashionista Estelle to talk about her new album, and Amanda Diva keeps you laughing with one of her crazy stories on "Things I Learned This Week."

Years ago, our postal clerks' union fought the Postal Inspection Service over Miranda warnings. (We did win, all the way to the Supreme Court). The postal inspectors had the same rationale -- we are trying to protect, to prevent, we deserve a lot of leeway and ability to work without oversight because if the bad guys get away with it, the nation will collapse. And anything that makes us (the police) look bad is harming every citizen who will ever be victimized by crime, because it makes us less able to do our jobs. Nope, folks, this is a country of "equal rights", not superior and inferior rights. Police have rights -- no-one can follow you home and take videos through your kitchen or bedroom window and get away with it -- but when they are doing a job for which they are paid with tax money, on the city streets and in public places, they have no more right to expect privacy or invisibility than the red-light runner or the john soliciting a prostitute.

I agree with everyone in the clip as well as T. Knight. They police should not be concerned with video footage of them in action. As long as the police are performing their job functions within the scope of the law, why are you worried about your rights? C'mon son!
Also, regarding the Anita Hill coverage, I agree with the panel. Sounds like the Thomas's are clearly bothered by the events which occurred like 20 years ago.
Big Ups to A. Diva, keep up the good work. I look forward to your segments on the Spark and think you are refreshing intellectually, comedically, and aesthetically! BOOOM, POOOWWW!
GOD Bless everyone!
