Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens' new book, "TO's Finding Fitness," has already been out a couple of months, but he's only been able to start promoting it in the last couple of weeks. Last week, T.O. was in New York signing copies of the book for hundreds of fans. The book has workouts and diets for all types of people and if you're broke, T.O. has stuff for you too.
"Those are old-school things you can do if you don't have the resources," he told the Associated Press back in October. "I know the economy is bad, but I don't think it's that bad that you have to go in the garage and find paint cans to lift.
A healthy way of living should be enough of a goal in itself. Start with baby steps, maybe 20 minutes a day. Then you'll get to a point of 40 minutes a day, then an hour a day. ...

"Look at me now and at the way I have performed my entire career," he continued. "It is not something that just happened overnight. I may work out throughout the night, but I am not an overnight success. I don't think I'd be at this stage of my career if I wasn't doing the necessary and right things."
The folks at Asylum have been thumbing through Terrell's book and found a few things that will help you "exercise your ego" along with getting that washboard stomach. Check it out here.

I love Terrell Owens so much he's the reason Iam a Football fan now. I still didn't like the way the Plila Eagles did him along with his contract. The Eagles really did him a favor by letting him go, because GOD is really spreading a table before his enemies (PS 23). Iam definitely going to buy that book because I too want to stay in shape. Keep up the good work T.O. Rhonda

I still don't know why a local quarterback{Philly} searched for a wide-end receiver who could catch powerful throws and then dump him because he wanted more money. The average opponet was trying to Kill TO. For sure he, that quearterback, could now benefit from one of the most atheletic receivers in the game.

Living in Philly it was a great day when Jerry Jones (owner of the Cowboys) flew to Philthy in his private jet to pick T.O up.
Bye Bye McNabb, what comes around goes around. Your career is DONE!
yours truly,
Mrs. Stephen G. Moore (and I'm white)
Love me some T.O, the best body I've ever seen on a man. "go COWBOYS"
