I don't think I should really use phrases from R Kelly being that I'm disappointed in his judgment, however, I do happen to agree with one of his lyrics: "When a woman's fed up, there ain't nothing you can do about it!"Who am I?
I am a mother, a teacher, a community activist, a rapper, a voice, a radio personality, a host, and a leader!
My journey to becoming fearless started because I was tired of being sick and tired.I was just fed up with those faking like they wanted it; talking a good game but never backing it up.
I was really angry at myself for waiting on everyone to do for me what I could do for myself.
Good enough might fly for you but I knew my good could get much better!
I was ready to become real with who I was, and I was willing to start representing the truth that has finally set me free!
Join in as I take you for a ride throughout my Supreme Journey in my Black Music Month blog here at' BlackVoices.com.
Who am I?
I'm your fearless sista, Yo Yo.

Nice Intro! Give a little more credit to those who helped you get where you are and you could stay there. Take credit by yourself and you will be by yourself in life and spiritually. We are nothing alone, but alone. You look marvelous. There is something captured in your eyes.

I LOVE the intro YoYo. I was wondering were you were because your voice has been missed by many. I grew up listening to You, MC Lyte, Monie Love and Queen Latifah and loving ya'll verses and role in the "men rap world". In the process of making others happy and doing worldly things, I lost Who I Was. Being Knowledgeable of God, our Surroundings and getting deep into REAL MUSIC of all type really help one defines LIFE. Now, Who I Am? I'm a strong mother, teacher, wife, friend, superwoman, etc. and I'm feeling ya.

Yo-Yo, I remember when you first came out. You were on point then and you are still on point now. You and others like MC Lyte and Salt & Peppa and Lady Rage made it possible for me to believe in myself and my ability to deliver a strong message without losing all self-respect. I have not made it yet, however I will never give up. Keep doin what you are doin Ma, I'm proud of you. Be sure to let me know when the next audition for Miss Rap Supreme wil take place. I'll be sure to be there cuz who am I.I am FENIMP.F is for the Female I forever will be. E is for the Envy that will never take control of me. N is for Number One that I will Be. I is for Intelligence that was blessed upon me. M is for the Money that too will come.P is for the Pride in being a Woman. One Time. One People. One Luv.

I am so tired of black women on this trip and saying the same mess over and over and over. OK we get your a woman now get over it before you start looking as dumb as Hillary Clinton. YoYo is nothing more than a One Hit Wonder who has the nerve to down other young sistas on that whack and white washed VH-1 reality show. What I want to know is, who said she is a veteran of hip hop? She had One song and that was 100% sampled for earlier songs but yet on her show she downed another sista by calling her a one hit wonder! Pluease! Nothing new and she offers nothing new except this same ole 1990's mess

Wow! Give me a break ~ #4 That was brutal! I hear your comments about the over and over again...well, some people need to hear it over and over again!!!!! She is a positive Black Woman...yet imperfect, like the rest of us! She had more than one hit...but getting away from that issue, she is judging a rap show at present...her job is to critique the rap artist...her opinion apparently matters...she is getting paid for it...mind you, by that "white washed" reality show, that happens to have had more blacks than whites! I do have one question...why don't you share with us your intro...apparently you have got to be the bomb!!!! Enlighten us all! We are in a state in this nation that we need to get over this insignificant chatter and lift up as many people as we can. Think about it...be loved and blessed...my comments are coming from a good place and I hope that you received them in a good place! Peace!
