Ciara brought a sense of beauty, style and grace to the red carpet, but dang! Are they in a parking lot? There is something about this whole scenario that lacks glamour.
In addition, her jewelry is unbalanced, and that looks like the same dress Alicia Keys wore to the VMAs with a shirt under it. Still, she does better than some people. I just like her tomboyishness. You can't keep it under wraps!

Ciara is my BOO!!!! She is bangin in that outfit. I wonder what this author looks like. They probably look like crap so they want to pick at the other celebs' outfits to make them feel better. Ciara baby you are still one of the best lookin women on the PLANET!! "DUCES"

I love Ciara, I think she's the bomb, but what is that she's wearing? A shirt and a dress? I'm just wondering whether or not she bought it like that or if she just thought it would be stylish to put two unseemingly articles of clothing together. I don't like it....

I think the person that writes about these outfits, has no fashion-sense whatsoever! I would love to know what qualifies you to speak critically about fashion that in my and the majority of others on this panel, is very fashion forward. Why don't you pick up some Vogues, Elle, Bazaar, I-D, Nylon, Jane, Essence, and turn to the Style Network....get some experience under your sleeve before you start critiquing. Also, I notice that you use the word "balance" alot, do you even know how to use it in the right context or what it actually means.
And the Alicia Keys dress...sweetheart that is hardly the same...the corset dress is very popular these days, as it was in its hay-day...Keys rocks one that is black, like Ciara, but is constructed with different fabric....leather in the front, Ciara's is detailed with leather trim.....
I'm sorry Arnold Turner, but your qualifications are blurry in my eyes...stick to ghetto fashion, because that seems to be your angle!
