Tina Knowles, mother to everyone's favorite diva is launching her own line of clothing which will be available on the Home Shopping Network (HSN).
Miss Tina will be exclusively created by Tina (she shares creative control with Beyonce for their line House of Dereon). Sizes will range from 2 to 24 and will be designed with the "forgotten" woman in mind – referring to women from 30 to 50 in the plus-sized range.
The line will debut August 19 at 8p.m. on HSN and on August 20 at 10a.m., 4p.m. and 11p.m. on HSN as well.
Beyonce and her mom aren't the only celeb mother-daughter duo who are super close.

GARBAGE! I haven't seen not 1 thing that would appeal to the urban woman. Her Overpriced clothing that is to fit only the "European" sizes have been critized here in Chicago for just that reason. her Clothes should be in the $7 store. If it were all of that.. wouldn't they continue to leave their clothes in Macys or larger chains? The Plus Size may purchase those clothes.. well not the Divas but those who are low on self esteem but for the average woman. i can NOT see paying $125 for clothing that look like Cheap Cloth. No Thanks but good luck trying to win the "Shopping Network" Over

Forgive me,
I really don't mean to "knock" her "hustle" but she has got to be one of the WORSE fashion designers I have ever seen in my life. Everything looks as though a bunch of "scraps" accidently fell off the back of a truck and she just "scooped them up and sewed them all together. Even when she was doing "Destiny Child's" clothing, it was s-o-o-o "trashy", junky, slip-shod, ... The only reason they ever looked decent is because the girls were beautiful with perfect little bodies. I know she is probably "burnt out" from "doing hair" and doesn't want to look at another weave but she would probably do better by "sticking with" what she knows.
Oh well ....

I love her style, my twenty year old daughter also love her clothes. I plan on shopping and wearing her design. I am inspired by her and her daughter. More Black women should do the same. She is so full of love and style.

Well at least she's trying to make her own loot, instead of being like Britney and Lindsay mothers. Good luck to her. I hope if she's gonna make plus size clothes, she uses plus size models to show them off.

I love Tina Knowles style. The clothing lines that the Knowles have out now always use top of the line fabrics, and for that I have alot of Dereon and House of Dereon clothes. Not to mention the jackets- they have the best jackets!

I never want to be overly critical and because she is my fellow human being, I wish Ms. Tina Knowles the very best in her new endeavor, but I can't say that I am all that enthused about the line. Beyonce is a celebrity... She can pretty much wear whatever the hamsandwich she wants! I'm sure there will be some accessories (i.e. bags, bangles, belts...maybe even a jacket or two)that will appeal to my tastes, but the Beyonce look is for Beyonce. Even so, there are plenty of women out there who are willing to wear anything as long as it's a good label, but it I can't afford it (#1 lol), and it is totally unflattering (that's #1 as well lol), I won't wear it... period! Now don't get me wrong, I love fashion, but this 18-yr-old student has more important things to spend her money on right now like... um... books for this semester lol!!! Good luck, Ms. Tina!
