Black Enterprise List: Do You Work for One of the '40 Best'?

Comments (9)

If you work for Aetna, Toyota, Kellogg or Starbucks, you should be in good shape. At least so says Black Enterprise's third-annual list of the top 40 companies for diversity.

Of course, you can never really measure which companies are best -- I'm sure many would argue owing your own business is the only way to go , and with any list, there are plenty of companies that just weren't counted. To make it easier to understand, BE came to their conclusions by "reaching out" (their words, not mine), to the CEOs and diversity executives in the top 1,000 publicly-traded companies in the US.

Their criteria: supplier diversity, senior management, board involvement, and employee base. Click here to see if your company made the list.
