If there was anyone who could attest to the truth in the title of last week's featured book, 'Love Is Never Painless,' it's got to be 'Divorce Court' judge Lynn Toler. She's the new face on the bench, having replaced Judge Mablean Ephriam, and she's got quite a bit of experience. Before she became a "TV Judge," Toler made a name for herself as an elected municipal judge in a mostly white community, and a Republican in a district where Democrats held a 5:1 majority. She saw over 25,000 cases a year, during which time she realized that it was her mother's rules & guidelines that were helping her deal with more than a few cases. So when Toler fond the time, and a publisher, she decided to share what her mother taught her in the appropriately titled 'My Mother's Rules: A Practical Guide to Becoming an Emotional Genius.' And if you're thinking that life's been a box of chocolates for Toler because she's young, black, successful and not rapping or playing sports, listen to the interview and find out why her story is much more than you would have ever expected. Plus, check out the YouTube clip of Toler in action.

I just love her show "Divorce Court" and what makes her different from other judges on television is her abilities talking to people coming from different backgrounds or having mental disabilities, and leading them to the right path toward a reasonable judgment. Ther are 3 characteristics that make her successful such as the fact that she is SMART, FUNNY, and good LOOKING person. I wish her all the best and looking forward to see her on TV for the next decade.

This is very good news! What is greater than knowing yourself? Knowing your worth? Knowing your history? I am SOOOO proud of Oprah and I am not surprised by this declaration.
Africa is the birth place of our history-even the first black people "MESA" who traveled to the continent of America BEFORE SLAVERY came here from Africa/The Motherland. Many black folks would love to erase Africa from their bloodline because of ignorance and claim lineage with people who would never claim them. But as for Oprah, I expect great things from her. I expect her to stand upright and say: I am and she ALWAYS comes through brilliantly.
With God, it's all about His blessings beyond measure!!!!
Behind the Mask...
African spirit lies in the shack...
God's temple is using time ...
As a mirror...
to see the dying flesh...
Oh souls!...
Let's dot the lifeline...
And refined identity inside...
I’m lost in the west...
Looking to find ...
A representative in the west...
Today…
Spirits are traveling within...
But the mind is far away ...
Mind ...
Body...
Far...
Away...
From ...
The soul...
